lip blushing.
Lip blushing, also known as lip tattooing, is a cosmetic procedure that enhances the natural color and shape of the lips through the application of semi-permanent pigment. This technique is designed to create a more defined lip contour, correct asymmetry, and impart a natural-looking tint to the lips, resulting in a fuller and more vibrant appearance.

How does Lip Blush work?
A small pen-like device with a fine needle is utilized to delicately introduce pigment into the lips, gradually creating a naturally beautiful lip color. Micropigmentation enables us to build the shade incrementally, giving us complete control over the richness of the lip color. The final color and intensity are tailored to each client's preferences.
can lip blush make my lips look bigger?
You can achieve symmetry, but you should only extend up to 2mm beyond the vermillion border, which is the point where the lip skin ends. The skin on your face absorbs pigment differently than your lips do. Going too far beyond the natural lip line can result in a color that appears unnatural or inconsistent.
Will it resemble lipstick?
The natural lips and lip blush method generally results in a "nude lip" or subtle "tint" look. That said, the way each person's skin reacts to the tattoo can vary. I prefer to initiate the process with a more muted application, which allows us to build up the color and adjust it during follow-up sessions.
Can I still get my lips tattooed if I have lip filler?
Absolutely! Having lip filler will not affect the lip tattooing process or its outcomes. However, it’s important to ensure that your lip filler and lip blush appointments are scheduled at least 4 weeks apart.
How long does it last?
How long is my lip blush appointment?
The first appointment takes 2-3 hours and the touch-up takes about 1-2 hours.

What is the aftercare?
Blot Lips for the first 1-2 hours with a clean, dry tissue to remove any excess lymph or blood from the area. First night - Rinse the lips gently with warm water. Pat dry and apply either aftercare balm or aquaphor. Apply a small amount of aftercare balm or aquaphor throughout the day for 10 days post procedure. Press onto lips. DO NOT rub, you want to avoid any friction on the lips for 10 days. DO NOT let your lips dry out DO NOT pick at your lips as they peel If you run out of aftercare balm please use aquaphor for the remaining 10 days NO products should come into contact with your lips other than balm or aquaphor. Including water, soaps, facial washes, creams or chemicals of any kind and sweat. NO water on the lips for the first 7 days. NO direct sun exposure on the lips or tanning beds for 4 weeks. This is new skin and will sunburn easily. This can cause scarring or alter the pigment color.
What can I expect during the healing process?
It’s common to experience some swelling and tenderness following the procedure, which usually lasts about a day. Your lips may initially resemble the appearance of filler, but this is completely normal and typically fades within the first 24 hours. Additionally, your lips will appear darker during the initial days. Fortunately, the healing of lips is quick and straightforward, taking around 4-5 days. During this period, it’s important to apply ointment regularly, as your lips may feel chapped.
The retention rate of lip tattoos varies based on several factors, including your chosen color, lifestyle, the frequency of touch-ups, and how you maintain them before and after your appointment. Generally, lip blush tends to fade naturally within 2-5 years, with many individuals opting for a touch-up once a year.
